1. Introduction

Mission Statement: At DADYMINDS HOLDINGS LLC, we are dedicated to discovering, developing, and promoting talented authors while fostering a professional and collaborative relationship. This policy outlines how we work with authors to ensure transparency, fairness, and mutual respect.

Purpose of the Policy: This document provides a clear framework for collaborating with authors, from manuscript submission to publication and beyond. It ensures that all parties understand their roles, responsibilities, and rights.

2. Author Submissions

Submission Guidelines:

  • We accept submissions in the following genres/categories: [We support all categories except Political Abuse, Horrow and Sexualism content].
  • Manuscripts must be submitted via [submission portal: https://publishing.dadyminds.org /email address: publishing@mail.dadyminds.org ] in [Word Document, A4 page layout, with a font limit of 11 min and 12 max].
  • Submissions must include a synopsis, author bio, and the manuscript.

Response Time:

  • Our team reviews submissions within 1 week of receipt. Authors will receive an acknowledgement upon submission.

Feedback Policy:

  • Due to the high volume of submissions, personalized feedback may not be provided for declined manuscripts.

3. Author Selection and Contracts

Selection Criteria: Manuscripts are evaluated based on originality, market potential, alignment with our publishing focus, and literary quality.

Contract Transparency:

  • Selected authors will receive a detailed publishing agreement outlining:
    • Royalty rates
    • Rights management
    • Editorial responsibilities

  • Authors will work with our editorial team to ensure the highest quality of the manuscript while preserving the author’s voice and vision.

Revisions:

  • Authors may be asked to make revisions based on editorial feedback. A timeline for revisions will be agreed upon.

Final Approval:

  • Authors will have the opportunity to approve the final manuscript before publication.

7. Marketing and Promotion

Marketing Support:

Author Involvement:

Sales Data:
