Purpose:
This policy outlines how DADYMINDS HOLDINGS LLC collaborates with literary agents to ensure a transparent, efficient, and professional process for reviewing and publishing works. We aim to foster positive relationships with agents and provide equitable opportunities for authors.
Scope:
This policy applies to all literary agents submitting works to DADYMINDS HOLDINGS LLC for consideration.
Accepted Genres/Formats:
DADYMINDS publishes works in the following genres and formats: [All genres, e.g., fiction, non-fiction, poetry, children’s books, etc.]. The only exception is content related to direct political criticism (or political abuse without facts; in this manner, political books must be primarily educative to be considered), Horror content and anything related to sexualism of any kind (This is referred to as sexual arousing content either with 18+ visual writing or sexual orientation advocacy). Romance as a genre is not part of the prohibited sexual content.

Response Times:
We strive to review submissions within 15 business days at the earliest. Within this period, agents will be notified of acceptance, rejection, or requests for revisions.
To ensure quality submissions, we expect agents to:
Commission Rates:
Literary agents are entitled to a standard commission of [percentage as represented in our public publishing models]% on author projects, including sales deals and royalties.
Payment Schedule:
Payments are made on a [monthly for commissions/quarterly for royalty shares] basis within a maximum of 15 days of receipt of applicable earnings. Payment details will be outlined in individual author-publisher contracts.
Agreements:
All agreements between the Publisher and the Agent will be formalized in written contracts. Terms may vary depending on the nature of the work and negotiation outcomes.
Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights remain with the author unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement.
Subsidiary Rights:
Management of subsidiary rights (e.g., translations, film, audio adaptations) will be discussed and negotiated case-by-case.
Updates on Submissions:
We will provide timely updates on the status of manuscript reviews and any significant developments.
Policy Updates:
Any changes to this policy will be communicated to agents via [email/website updates].
